Photographers Erica Simone and Jaci Berkopec join forces for Human Nature, a collaborative photography show which explores the human connection to nature in beauty and nuance.
The images showcase the power of the human body as sustained by the power of nature, always drawing upon the interdependence of the two. By combining their photographs, landscapes shift into silhouettes and limbs take on the language of the universe.
The duo are cofounders of the philanthropic organization Curators for a Cause and the show runs through August 16th at Adorama Gallery in NYC. A portion of the proceeds from photograph sales of Human Nature will be dedicated to the Shooting Stars Photography Workshop for Teens at Risk, scheduled to commence this fall in Brooklyn, NY.
